Because our products are handmade:

  • Burn times are estimates and depend on usage and environment.
  • Product photos are examples and may not be exact.

Customers are responsible for following all candle safety instructions provided.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be received before orders are processed or shipped.
  • We accept major payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2-5 Business Days
  • Shipping times vary based on carrier and location.
  • Nuttie Candle LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

Due to the nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns on used or burned candles.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within a week (7 days) of delivery.
  • Damage claims must include photos of:

    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
    • Damaged product

Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

6. Candle Safety Disclaimer

By purchasing from Nuttie Candle LLC, you agree to use products safely and responsibly.

Candle Safety Guidelines:

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep away from children and pets
  • Keep away from flammable materials
  • Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each burn
  • Burn only on a heat-resistant surface
  • Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time

Nuttie Candle LLC is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse of products.

All content on this website, including:

  • Logo
  • Product names
  • Product descriptions
  • Images
  • Branding

…is the property of Nuttie Candle LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuttie Candle LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Injuries or damages caused by misuse of products

Return and Refund Policy

At Nuttie Candle LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade candles and fragrance products. Because our products are handcrafted and personal-use items, we have specific refund and replacement guidelines outlined below.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used candles
  • Burned candles
  • Wax melts that have been opened or used
  • Custom or made-to-order items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please see the Damages & Issues section below.

Damages & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at nuttiecandle843@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of:

    • The damaged product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Failure to provide photos may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to original payment method

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nuttie Candle LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first.
  • Then contact us and we will try to assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Normal scent preference (not liking the smell)
  • Slight color variations (handmade variation)
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect use
  • Improper candle care or misuse
